	Excelent acceuil excepté au club (piscine) ou l'on vous acceuil le plus froidement, il est certain que nous ne sommes pas des "habitués" mais cette difference se fait trop sentir , ce qui est dommage, par contre , l'acceuil au petit dejeuner a été superbe, a l'ecoute, gentil, serviable ..

	Il manque a cet hôtel un peu de chaleur humaine, le personnel privilégie l'organisation des événements ou sont convies les invites de l'extérieur que les clients de l'hôtel. ce n'est pas grave il existe beaucoup d'autres endroits agréables a monaco

	Breakfast could be better certainly for that price. the lady at check-out was not very friendly to say the least. the concierge was very helpful.

	The porters were very good & were always on hand for information. we were inpressed with the service & nothing seemed to be to much trouble.

	We only had a 3 night stay, exellent service from friendly staff, beautiful setting, facilities were exellent. definately book here again.

	Had fantastic time.hotel resort and staff all lovely. my friends and i had the best weekend ever. but was dissappointed that sea lounge and vigie restaurant not open.wouuld certainley recommend this hotel and resort.

	Menu limited. not enough options for vegetarians. concierge was "average" and generally not helpful. the hotel was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. the view was fantastic.
