  Nous avons eu une chambre bruyante . a + plus de minuit nous avons changé de chambre(inadmissible pour un hotel de ce type!!!! la ventilation intérieure et extérieure trop bruyante pour passer une bonne nuit. trés deçu.

  Arestaurant staff rather rough compared with those in other restaurants of this level. e.g. wine was opened without showing the bottle to client - this error exacerbated by the fact that it was the wrong year. this was drawn to the attention of the maitre d' who said he was sorry!!!!

  Les deux nuits l'hôtel à accueilli des soirées dansantes et notre chambre était au dessus!!! bruit insupportable et séjour gâché !! nous l'avons signalé à la direction qui a proposé de nous offrir un surclassement lors d'un prochain séjour.

  Tout est parfait( cadre, accueil et services)...mais peut-être pourrait-on prévoir un bras articulé pour le 2ème miroir de la salle de bains, afin de faciliter le coiffage de la nuque( on ne peut actuellement se voir que de face). néanmoins, ceci n'est qu' une suggestion et en aucun cas une critique.

  Dans la salle de bain,la baignoire est certes splendide, mais fort glissante. ce défaut rend difficile son accès, ainsi que celui de la douche.

  Pour le standard affiché de cet hôtel, j'ai trouvé inacceptable d'avoir de la poussière sur les meubles, les cadres des miroirs.... la télévision ne fonctionnait pas... l'écouteur du téléphone était sale....

  La suite réservé était affreuse, ai du me contenter d une chambre simple. l accueil le soir a été très médiocre. demander l age du client devant d autres clients. s adresser à un monsieur en le traitant de jeune homme. lamentable. je viens dans votre établissement depuis de longues année et ne reconnait plus l hotel.

  Although the quality and chhoice of the breakfast was excellent, the price of 70 euros for 2 was excessive. other than that, the hotel itself was excellent.

  Non era segnalato che l'accesso alla piscina dell'hotel non era praticabile per i lavori in corso ed era necessario usario uno shuttle. molto gradito l'upgrade in junior suite
