  We arrived at the hotel late at night due to the lost baggage at the airport, but the reception and concierge linked well for delivering of our suitcase on the next day. room was clean, spacious and the view over the sea from a spacious terrace was simply beautiful on sunny days. room service was incredibly quick, delivering our orders in five minutes! room maids were also friendly. indoor and outdoor heated pools were large and very comfortable, and my children liked them very much. this hotel is highly recommended for ideal relaxation. our only small complaints would be the large sounds for dancing from the neighboring room on first night, but this should not be the responsibility of the hotel.

  Dies war nicht mein erster aufenthalt. das hotel ist einfach rundum perfekt: sehr freundliches personal, sauber, luxuriös und mit feinem design ausgestattet.

  Monte carlo bay - most mornings after 9am, tables next to the seaview windows were set for lunch. after 2 days i challenged the staff telling them i wished to sit at a table with a seaview. they did the offer me a table after i mentioned wanting to see the manager. otherwise breakfast was good.

  Un peu léger au niveau de la reception pour un hotel de cette catégorie: accueil et check out décevant. tout le reste était parfait: moment idyllique au bord de cette magnifique piscine lagon, service au top.

  Simply one of the best hotels that i have ever stayed at in my entire life. modern, beautiful, excellent service and fine restaurants. a 15 minute walk from the hotel de paris and the major casino but a 15 minute walk along the med on a beautiful day is nothing to complain about.

  Me ha encantando este hotel, el personal de hostelería es muy servicial y amable, como también los de recepción. la decoración y amplitud de las habitaciones son excelentes lo que hace que te sientas muy bien y confortable durante la estancia. el exterior en cuanto a piscina etc. es precioso y bien cuidado. los precios de masajes etc. son caros (algún pero tenía que tener) pero en resumen...espero sigáis así.

  Ce séjour nous à étes offert, que rêver de mieux, c'est un endroit magnifique, et l'hotel est d'avant garde, jeune, enfin toutes les qualités. le service est parfait, et le personnel est très souriant ce qui est fort agrèable.

  il vs hotel è bellissimooo, si respira un'atmosfera solare ed allegra...mi piace il tipo d'arredamento scelto,elegante e minimalista, e non pesante come altri hotel di montecarlo ritenuti di maggior prestigio, ma per niente vicini ai miei gusti..complimenti a chi l'ha realizzato!!!

  La chica que me recibió en recepción era poco amable contrastaba con el resto de las chicas que había en la recepción las cuales eran amables y simpáticas. me di cuenta que esta chica que me recibió era conflicitva y mostraba mal caracter aún con susu compañeras. no recuenrdo el nombre de ella pero era morena y de bajka estatura.

  The only real disappointment was the breakfast. you should be asking about the dinner and the restaurant. that was outstandingly excellent. real service, no attitude, great food. all french people, especially waiters/waitresses, should be required to eat there once just to experience the difference. they would whine about the price and therefore the lesson would be lost, but perhaps the meal should be covered by the government in the name of public service.

  Concierge were not very helpful with options of things to do in the area. they seemed un interested in customer service. the laundry service is overpriced and was late in delivery. the location and room was unreal! the staff could be more friendly. staff at front door and in spa very good!!

  On numerous occasions had to ring back for a request - concierge, front desk, housekeeping, room service. the hotel may have 5 star facilities, but the service was 2/3 star ! reported this and asked for the managers comments, but still no response. will be also rating hotel on other major travel review sites.

  We were very unhappy with service, recreational/fitness equipment, the food (which was overpriced) and the massage which was overpriced as well. we stay at 5/6 star hotels on a regular basis at locations all over the world and the monaco bay and resort was truly a disappointment!

  Es un excelente hotel a todo lujo. queda un poco apartado del centro de la ciudad pero el bus y la lanzadera van bien. el precio del desayuno es un poco caro, por lo demás genial y el servicio cinco estrellas.

  The hotel was let down by it's restaurant who appearred to be incapable of dealing efficiently with a restaurant that was not 50% full. equally to have a queue for breakfast of 10-15 minutes with a half full restaurant is disgraceful and unacceptable.

  Las cenas del restaurante del hotel, realmente espectaculares, si algun defecto tendria que añadir, seria, y defecto no es, la ubicacion del hotel, un poco separada del centro, pero tanto por el minibus del hotel, como los autobuses publicos, cumplen su funcion exacta ; siendo cierto, que la espectacularidad de sus jardines y piscinas, tampoco serian de ese modo en el centro de la ciudad. les felicito por dirigir o trabajar en dicho hotel.

  Dans un établissement aussi beau comment avoir pu faire l'erreur de construire une piscine avec aussi peu de profondeur, 1,40m !!! seulement rien que pour cela je peux choisir un autre établissement ; il serait souhaitable de revoir s'il n'est pas possible d'agrandir la partie chauffée extérieure, erreur de l'architecte; dommage car l'établissement est magnifique et devra se perfectionner avec le temps ; merci d'avoir pris en considération ma demande sur le bruit, nous avons obtenu une chambre en hauteur.
