Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo is ideally located in the heart of Monte-Carlo and just a few steps from the Casino Square. After a major refurbishment program orchestrated by the well-known interior designer Jacques Garcia and completion of an extensive Spa in cooperation with market leader ESPA, Hotel Metropole is today an exclusive urban destination Spa in the heart of the vibrantly chic Monte-Carlo. Hotel features 141 rooms including 77 rooms and 64 suites with timeless furnishing and all the interactive services. Metropole ESPA Monte-Carlo is a sophisticated space dedicated to the guest´s total wellbeing, with 10 treatment rooms, including two spacious VIP Suites, relaxation areas with a solarium outdoor heated seawater pool, fitness studio, heat experience room (steam room, caldarium and sauna), poolside bar and restaurant. Executive Chef, Christophe Cussac, under the guidance of Joël Robuchon, proposes a new concept of interactive, visual Mediterranean “Cuisine” with an open-plan kitchen proposes. This autumn a new Japanese restaurant, YOSHI, will open its doors to reveal another concept created by Joël Robuchon. The restaurant will serve Japanese contemporary cuisine around a Sushi bar and teppaniaki cooking. The French interior designer, Didier Gomez, has created a contrast of harmony with a surrounding city environment due to an interior Japanese garden offering tranquillity and serenity. The Bar is the place to see and be seen, the perfect venue for afternoon tea under the atrium, all day dining and evening rendez-vous. Three meeting and banqueting rooms can welcome 10 to 110 persons. This is truly a palace hotel symbol of new luxury, in tune with the times. With the opening of YOSHI, the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo will definitely become a “Focus of Flavors”. |
